Foundations is the work that shaped DKNZ Studio

 

These are our completed pieces - restored, reimagined and now living in new homes.  Each piece began as a solid original, chosen for its long term potential, integrity, materials and proportions.  Our approach is deliberately studio-led: we strip back, repair properly, refine finishes, restore where needed, and let the piece speak again.

Each piece reflects hours of hands-on work in our studio - to sand, rebuild, test finishes and make judgement calls.  Our decisions reflect the integrity of the piece, the quality of the finish we aspire to.  They're the same decisions we bring to every new collection.

The Foundations collection is no longer for sale.  It exists to show our hand, our eye, our standards and the kind of work that marks our brand.
